The DX-160812 disposable plastic mixer (Interchangeable with Nordson 7700885 and TAH 160-812) features a standard bell mount cartridge attachment and a stepped mixing nozzle outlet.

This static motionless mixer is designed for 200, 400, and 600 cc cartridges or meter mixer machines and includes a bell housing or a bell mount attachment.

Inside the Polypropylene casing is a 12-section high-strength polyacetal element that ensures a tight fit, eliminating any adhesive bypass during mixing. This disposable mixer is ideal for 1:1 and 2:1 mix ratios; customers commonly use this static mixer to thoroughly mix epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates.

Further applications include manufacturing assembly operations, carbon fibre meter mixing machines, potting operations, and concrete repair.
